Police Officer who pepper sprayed a Black Military Officer in Virginia Sacked
A video I watched just yesterday where a white Police man by name Gutierrez (Sounds like a Spanish name to me) assaulted and pepper sprayed a black military officer just right there in his car while pointing a gun at him for absolutely no reason in Virginia USA just moved me to tears.
This is inhumane.
Just when we thought no measures will be taken against this madness, a report just came out to suggest that the said police officer has been sacked and this is a welcomed news by me and every black man.
This is simply the case of racism as it has no other explanation and that is because this is USA.
Following an intense internal investigation it was proven that the said policeman did not follow the due protocol of the police and went ahead to racially abuse this black man and good news is…
He has been sacked.
This looks like one of the best News I will ever read today, wow.
The Town in Virginia said;
“The Town of Windsor prides itself in its small-town charm and the community-wide respect of its Police Department.
“Due to this, we are saddened for events like this to cast our community in a negative light. Rather than deflect criticism, we have addressed these matters with our personnel administratively, we are reaching out to community stakeholders to engage in dialogue, and commit ourselves to additional discussions in the future.
“At the conclusion of this investigation, it was determined that Windsor Police Department policy was not followed. This resulted in disciplinary action, and department-wide requirements for additional training were implemented beginning in January and continue up to the present. Since that time, Officer Gutierrez was also terminated from his employment.”
The assulted man who was released now said that the officers used excessive force on him, Illegally searching his car and violating his fundamental and constitutional human rights.
From his attorney;
“To unbuckle his seatbelt, to do anything, any misstep — he was afraid that they were going to kill him.
“What prompted him to file is the need to stop this conduct. The need to hold these two officers accountable and make sure they cannot do it again.”
Virginia Governor Ralph Northam called the incident “disturbing” and said on Sunday April 11 that he is directing the state police to conduct an independent investigation.
But Alas, the offending officer has been sacked so get some snacks..
